Breathworks Living Well with Pain and Illness Courses - Brighton PDF Print
This eight week course is open to anyone wanting to find out about mindfulness-based self management strategies for living well with persistent pain, stress or experience of chronic illness. The course will bring mindfulness-based strategies to several key aspects of life, providing a set of resources or tool kit to enhance the facility to live well.

Evening course

  • Dates: Orientation session on Monday 20th September 2010, then course starts on Monday 27th September
