This course offers a range of mindfulness based strategies for living well with persistent pain, distress or chronic illness. It is in two modules of six weeks and four weeks. We apply the mindfulness approach to key aspects of life, providing a set of resources or tool-kit to enhance our facility to live well, whatever our condition. Teaching takes place within a warm and friendly group setting and all are welcome on a self referral basis. Module 1:
