This programme is for anyone dealing with stress of any kind, as well as for those wishing to bring a greater sense of richness, fulfilment and meaning into their life. We not only teach you ways to reduce stress, but also ways to become more ‘stress-hardy’ and resilient, so you will be less thrown by life’s difficulties.

Who is the course for?

The course is suitable for anyone experiencing stress associated with work, relationships, loss and other factors outside your control. Also for those who want strategies to deal with the general complexity and pace of modern life.

Help from your employer

We have found that some employers will release people from work to attend our courses, and in some cases will pay for them. If you wish to approach your employer for time off or for funding, we will be happy to provide a letter to verify your course arrangements and attendance, and arrange suitable payment arrangements if required.

Distance learning is also available.

Who runs the courses?

All courses are run by independent Breathworks Mindfulness Trainers, with the exception of courses in Manchester where courses are run by Breathworks CIC.
