Sunetri has been practising mindfulness meditation and yoga for more than two decades and was ordained into the Western Buddhist Order (now the Triratna Buddhist Order) in 2006. She has been teaching meditation for many years and in 2008 qualified as a Breathworks trainer. She is passionate about helping people to improve their quality of life through mindfulness techniques, and now devotes her time to running Breathworks courses in Cambridgeshire.
