Introductory Two-day Course in mindfulness-based approaches. This course is particularly suited to health professionals interested in using mindfulness approaches in their work. It also forms the first part of our modular Foundation Course. |
Foundation Course This course enables participants to develop a mindfulness practice and have a thorough grounding in the principles and techniques used by Breathworks in its Mindfulness Based approaches to Pain and Illness programmes (MBPI). It can be completed either as a one-week residential course or as a modular course (see training routes below for details) |
Teacher Training (parts 1 and 2) This course is designed to help participants develop the skills needed to teach mindfulness-based approaches and activities, as well as deepen their own mindfulness and meditation practice.
