Breathworks offers training to suit a variety of requirements:

Button_11 Introductory Two-day Course in mindfulness-based approaches. This course is particularly suited to health professionals interested in using mindfulness approaches in their work. It also forms the first part of our modular Foundation Course.
Button_11 Foundation Course This course enables participants to develop a mindfulness practice and have a thorough grounding in the principles and techniques used by Breathworks in its Mindfulness Based approaches to Pain and Illness programmes (MBPI). It can be completed either as a one-week residential course or as a modular course (see training routes below for details)
Button_11 Teacher Training (parts 1 and 2) This course is designed to help participants develop the skills needed to teach mindfulness-based approaches and activities, as well as deepen their own mindfulness and meditation practice. Part One can be done either as one-week residential courses or as a modular course (see training routes below for details). Part Two is residential. Prior to attending this course participants will need to have completed our foundation course and to have established a regular meditation practice of at least one year’s duration. They will also have completed a non-residential mindful movement weekend before attending Teacher Training part 2.
Button_11 Breathworks Living Well Trainer This consists of delivering an eight-week practice course with supervision and support. Prior to this participants will need to have completed our teacher training course.
Button_11 Breathworks Training Fees

All of our courses provide certificates of attendance. The Foundation course, Teacher Training and the Breathworks Living Well Training are independently accredited.

Training Routes
We offer two training routes – residential or modular:

The residential route consists of a one-week retreat for the Foundation Course and two one-week retreats for the Teacher Training,

The modular route consists of three two-day non residential events for the Foundation Course and three two-day non residential events for Part One of the Teacher Training. (Part Two of Teacher training is a residential course)
