This Mindfulness for Stress course is for anyone dealing with stress of any kind, whether associated with work, relationships, finances, loss or other factors outside your control. On this course you will learn mindfulness strategies and approaches within a supportive and friendly group setting. You can find out more in our Stress Course overview.

If you need to cancel your course, you must inform us 7 days before the event starts. The fee you have paid will be refunded less an admin fee of £15.
