A supportive online group session to get you back into regular mindfulness practice
When we first attend a mindfulness course we often experience great benefits, but almost everybody finds that at times they struggle to keep up a regular practice. Daily meditation is hard, and it’s frustrating to lose the peace and calm of a practice that you've worked hard on.
Why are we running this event?
We want our 8-week course graduates to be able to maintain the amazing benefits, and over decades of teaching experience, we’ve noticed that a supportive group setting with a good teacher can make a real difference.
This is why we are now offering one-hour online ‘Drop-in’ refresher sessions to help refresh your practice, and give you an experience of being part of a supportive community of meditators. You will be guided through meditation practice, with group discussion and opportunities for questions. The session also includes guidance for carrying mindfulness practice on in daily life.

Please note: for this event we will be using an easy-to-use online platform called Zoom. You can access this from your computer, tablet or smartphone. We will send joining information and a link to the Zoom online training space shortly before the event.
